Arts and Economics Prosperity 6 Survey Launches in May!

Americans for the Arts’ latest national economic impact study of the nonprofit arts and culture industry, Arts & Economic Prosperity 6, has begun! Over the next 12 months, local and state research partners representing 387 participating communities will assist with the collection of surveys from both audiences and organizations. In an ongoing commitment to address equity and inclusion as a critical component of the methodology, organizational participation, and collection of data, AEP6 centers BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and ALAANA (African, Latinx, Asian, Arab, Native American) identifying communities—a segment of the sector that has been underrepresented in past studies. For monthly updates about the study’s progress, visit AmericansForTheArts.org/AEP6.
